HOW DID YOU GET INTERESTED IN YOUR ROLE AT FINLEY CATERING? As Vice President of the company, I grew up in the business as it is a family operated and always knew it is something that I wanted to be a part of. I started out organizing our wedding packages and worked my way through sales to later on become the best manager possible for my team. I take great pride in our events and our event spaces; we do all we can to make our couple’s vision come to life and make it simply the best!
WHAT ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT POINTS IN ESTABLISHING AN IDEAL VENUE FOR THE CLIENTS? Guest count and an overall vision will help narrow down what venue is the best fit for our couples. Union Trust, our venue most suited for 120-180 people, has an art deco vibe while Ballroom at the Ben, suited for 180-360 people has a classic European-style ballroom with unmatched architecture, and the Crystal Tea Room, our grandest venue holding anywhere from 180-1000 people, is a timeless American-style ballroom featuring our dazzling crystal chandeliers.
